Carlson Entertainment is a place where planning & capturing an amazing event can be really fun and stress free. We pride ourselves on providing awesome services that are cooler than you could ever imagine. DJ & MC ENTERTAINMENT

 

CLASSIC+ MC & DJ: $950

Your Classic Entertainer will help you design a fun experience for your event. We will provide unlimited DJ & MC entertainment for the day of your event or reception, online planning tools, dance planning & direction including two creative planning sessions with your entertainer, our classic lighting package, & a state of the art sound system. Your Classic Entertainer will be assigned based on your preference and their availability three months prior to your event. All of our Classic Entertainers all have completed our training program and have 2-5 years of professional entertainment experience. *Ceremony Music can be added for an additional fee starting at $350 & The Personalized Experience Package can be added for $500.

 

ELITE+ MC & DJ: $1,850

Shawn Welter will help you design a fun experience for your event. He will provide unlimited DJ & MC entertainment for the day of your event or reception, our personalized experience package (see upgrades below for details), online planning tools, dance planning & direction including unlimited creative planning sessions with him, our classic lighting package, & a state of the art sound system. Shawn Welter will be guaranteed as your lead entertainer on your event contract*Ceremony Music can be added for an additional fee starting at $350

 

ULTIMATE+ MC & DJ: $2,450

Sean Carlson will help you plan an incredibly personalized experience for your event filled with unforgettable fun. He will provide unlimited DJ & MC entertainment for the day of your event or reception, our personalized experience package (see upgrades below for details), online planning tools, our elite lighting package, dance planning & direction including unlimited creative planning sessions with him, & a state of the art sound system. Sean Carlson will be guaranteed as your lead entertainer on your event contract. *Ceremony Music can be added for an additional fee starting at $350.


LIVE ENTERTAINMENT

 

SOLOIST OR DUET GROUPS: $350/$600

Make your cocktail hour, dinner music, ceremony or small party is incredible with of our solo or duet groups.  This service Includes live entertainment for up to two hours, the musician(s) of your choice and instrument amplification. *Additional musicians and hours of live entertainment are available for $150 per player each hour.

 

JAZZ TRIO: $750

Make your cocktail hour, dinner music, ceremony or small party is incredible with our jazz group.  This service Includes live entertainment for up to two hours, the musician(s) of your choice and instrument amplification.  *Additional musicians and hours of live entertainment are available for $150 per player each hour.

 

STRING ENSEMBLE: $750/900

Make your cocktail hour, dinner music, ceremony, or small party is incredible with one of our string trio or quartet ensembles.  This service Includes live entertainment for up to two hours, a string trio or quartet with the musician(s) of your choice and instrument amplification. *Additional musicians and hours of live entertainment are available for $150 per player each hour.

 

SEAN CARLSON & THE CE BAND: $4,950

We will help you plan the ultimate experience for your event. Sean Carlson & The Carlson Entertainment Band will play live covers of dance favorites for up to four hours. We will also provide unlimited DJ & MC entertainment for the day of your event or reception, custom introductions & unique moments designed just for you, online planning tools, enhanced dance planning & direction including two planning sessions with Sean, our classic lighting package, & a state of the art sound system. Sean Carlson will be guaranteed as your lead entertainer on your event contract.


VIDEO & PHOTO BOOTHS

 

CLASSIC VIDEO: $1,450

Our Videography team will capture up to 5 hours of your event.  We will then edit your footage into a cinematic feature film (example below) with event highlights & documentary footage from important moments of the day.  Your film will be delivered to you by digital download with free lifetime cloud storage. *Additional hours are available for $250 each.

 

ELITE VIDEO: $2,450

Our Videography team will capture up to 10 hours of your event.  We will then edit your footage into a cinematic feature film (example below) with event highlights & documentary footage from important moments of the day. Your film will be delivered to you by digital download with free lifetime cloud storage. *Additional hours are available for $250 each.

 

PHOTO BOOTH: $750

One of our professional photo booth attendants will provide your guests with unlimited prints and photo fun for up to four hours.  Our booths include the CE PhotoBooth, the backdrop of your choice, props, digital photo uploads, and a memories photo album. *Additional hours are available for $250 each.


UPGRADES

 

PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE PAcKaGE: $500

Make your event unforgettable with enhanced introductions, scripted transitions, your narrated story, & custom moments designed just for you.

 

VOICE OVER RECORDING: $200

We will mix your voices into the song of your choice to play at your event during a dance or a special moment.

 

MONOGRAM PROJECTION: $300

Your wedding monogram or company logo projected on the wall or dance floor. Monograms can be animated in black & white, or in color!  We can use your design or help you create a new one!

 

LIVE MULTIMEDIA PACKAGE: $950

Enjoy viewing interactive media including: a custom slideshow of up to 75 of your digital photos, a personalized monogram projection, music videos (by request), and a live slideshow of photos captured by one of our Multimedia Professionals during your event to show on a video screen during the event!  You will receive a print release & digital download link to all the photos taken by our team.

 

BLACK LIGHT PARTY: $500

Illuminate your dance floor and make everyone glow with high powered black lights.  This services include 60 pairs of white gloves.

 

ELITE DANCE FLOOR LIGHTING: $250

Two (2) intelligent dance floor lights programmed for each moment of your event and controlled by the CE team.

 

ULTIMATE DANCE FLOOR LIGHTING: $500

Four (4) intelligent dance floor lights & a laser light show on trussing towers programmed for each moment of your event and controlled by the CE team.

 

PHOTO BOOTH EXTRA HOUR: $250

One additional hour of CE PhotoBooth fun for your photo booth service package!

 

ROOM UPLIGHTING: $600

Up to 30 L.E.D. uplights set to the static color(s) of your choice for the event. *Enhanced color changing uplighting is available for $1,200

 

CEREMONY MUSIC: $350

One Musician of your choice or your DJ will provide the musical backdrop & sound support for your ceremony. All you have to do is choose the music. Musicians available include: Guitar, Piano, Ukulele, Vocals, Violin, & Cello.  Additional Musicians are available for your ceremony for $250 Each.

 

CEREMONY OFFICIANT: $450

One of our ordained officiants will help you plan an incredible wedding ceremony. We will help you design each moment and lead your ceremony & rehearsal.

 

CEREMONY/CoCKTAIL SOUND SYSteM: $300

We will provide a two speaker sound system, two high quality wireless microphones (handheld or headset), and a live audio mixer for a second location at your event or for an off-site ceremony.  Additional microphones are available for $50 each. 

 

REHEARSAL DINNER ENTERTAINMENT: $750

We will provide a state of the art sound system for dinner music, wireless microphones for toasts, and up to two hours of DJ, Extreme Bingo, Karaoke, or Family Feud Entertainment for your rehearsal dinner.

 

MUSICIAN HOURLY RATE: $150 EACH

The hourly rate for our musicians to provide entertainment for the cocktail hour, dinner music, or for small parties.  This service Includes the musician(s) of your choice and instrument amplification.

 

TRANSITION VIDEO SESSION:  $500

We will plan and film a video prior to your reception or event to show during the event. This is a fun way to interact with your guests by either sharing your story, or creating a film that will have them on the edge of their seats wondering what will happen next.  This services includes up to a two hour video session, and you videos delivered by digital download after your event. *Additional hours are available for $250 each.


A 30% BOOKING FEE IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE OUR SERVICES. HALF (1/2) THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. THE FINAL BALANCE IS DUE ONE (1) MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. IF TRAVEL EXCEEDS ONE HUNDRED (100) MILES ADDITIONAL TRAVEL & LODGING FEES WILL BE REQUIRE TO COVER ANY ADDITIONAL TRAVEL EXPENSE. VIDEOGRAPHY & PHOTO BOOTH SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO WISCONSIN STATE SALES TAX. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME.
